The reception staff could have been more enthusiastic and welcoming.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel U Krize. The location was excellent, with Petrin Park right across the street and Charles Bridge just a short walk away. The area of Male Strana was much nicer than the main Old Town. The buffet breakfast was delicious and had a great selection. My room on the top floor was cozy and had everything I needed, including a comfortable bed and ample storage. Despite being near a tram stop, the noise was minimal. The staff were friendly and communication was prompt. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location and excellent amenities.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was perfect, and the hotel facilities were great. the location was perfect for us, as it was very close to the city center, making it easy to walk to attractions such as the Charles Bridge or the castle. The breakfast provided was also excellent, with a wide variety of choices and delicious options.

We loved our one night stay at Hotel U Krize. The staff were nice and the location was perfect, allowing us to walk anywhere within 20 minutes. The hotel has a charming, "home-y" feel, like a converted apartment building. It may not be as modern as other hotels, but it adds to the European living experience. The breakfast buffet was simple but satisfying, with sandwiches, fruit, juice, coffee, and more. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at a hotel close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. The location was perfect, with tram stops right outside and easy access to the entire city. The staff was friendly and provided useful information about the trams and city maps. The room we stayed in was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast spread was good. We also enjoyed the dining room, which offered free afternoon coffee and cake, and a discount for hotel guests on dinner.

We were unable to dine in the hotel's restaurant.

The receptionist Valeria at Hotel U Krize was really good! She always had a smile on her face, checked in on us multiple times during breakfast, and greeted us warmly whenever we passed by. The hotel's restaurant, with its unique beer brewed by Jan, also provided a cute experience. I never expected to find this level of service nowadays. Keep up the good work! I'll definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel is a great find! It offers excellent value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is superb, as it's right opposite a tram stop that serves multiple lines. Being in the city center on Mala Strana, it's just a short walk across the bridge to the Old Town. What's more, it's situated in a quiet area on the lesser town side of the river, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The service provided by the staff is top-notch, with friendly and helpful individuals. The basic amenities in the rooms, including en-suite facilities, make for a comfortable stay. The rooms themselves are lovely, with clean beds and small windows facing the serene backyard. And last but not least, the breakfast is a treat, offering a variety of options including traditional Czech food and cooked as well as continental dishes. The availability of hot food to order is a bonus.

Additionally, hot food is available to order, which is a nice touch.
